Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock inventory with high accuracy to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock movement.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all 5S safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper labeling.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime when required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documents.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License (Class B) is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
