Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This is an entry-level position perfect for those starting their career in supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, verifying counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor belts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
