Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (certification provided upon hiring).
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and understand English instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
