Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse storage
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Inspect products for quality and damage
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for data entry
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to operate machinery after training
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
