Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight by hand, forklift, or other material-handling equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory to ensure efficiency and safety standards.
- Inspect goods for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Operate scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
