Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process orders by selecting items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Utilize scanners to manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move heavy loads safely.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage before shipping and report any discrepancies to management.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe workplace for everyone.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; we train all new hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to pass a background check.
- Communication: Basic English skills required for reading safety labels and operating machinery.
