Responsibilities
- Process Shipments: Receive, sort, and prepare packages for delivery or shipment according to company protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
