Responsibilities
- Receive and Process Inbound Shipment: Inspect incoming goods, verify quantities, and prepare for storage.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select items from the warehouse floor and package them for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and participate in periodic inventory counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other standard warehouse equipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe by following 5S protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure all outgoing orders meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for entry-level candidates).
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and a clean background check.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
