Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy and meet daily production targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all employees.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product quality and correct packaging standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep warehouse aisles, docks, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure seamless workflow operations.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid government-issued ID and be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners or RF guns is preferred but not required.
- Work Ethic: A strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
