Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package products according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) to move materials
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and report hazards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide paid training!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Way location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
