Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using barcode scanners and automated systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure efficient inventory rotation
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
