Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet shifting deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
