Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Load and unload trucks accurately to ensure timely distribution.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning barcodes and verifying labels.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required for entry-level roles).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
