Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic pre-shift inspections on equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance at previous jobs.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Communication: Effective verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
