Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment, strictly adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners or tablets.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
