Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving, counting, and stocking of incoming inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attitude: A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety guidelines and instructions.
