Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking inventory using scanners and handheld devices.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor belts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Work Ethic: Motivated self-starter willing to learn and adapt to fast-paced environments.
