Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols.
- Utilize barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
