Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse housekeeping standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and weighing items.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Legal Work Status: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
