Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select products from inventory and prepare them for shipment to customers.
- Truck Loading: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is organized and secured.
- Inventory Organization: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse floor and ensure products are stored correctly.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners (certification provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and workplace protocols at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic Skills: Basic math skills for reading labels and performing inventory counts.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: A positive, hardworking mindset and willingness to learn new processes.
