Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify items against purchase orders using barcode scanners.
- Organization: Maintain the warehouse floor, ensuring aisles are clear and inventory is properly labeled and stored.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies before processing.
- Shipping & Receiving: Prepare packages for shipment, apply labels, and coordinate with logistics carriers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory counts and order fulfillment.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English language skills for following instructions and communicating with the team.
