Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely move packages and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Scan items, verify accuracy, and maintain organized storage areas.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all packaging is secure and labeled correctly.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
