Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select items from inventory and prepare them for shipment using the latest warehouse technology.
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records to ensure operational efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for everyone.
- Organization: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and tidy to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Customer Service: Ensure packages are handled with care to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants and provide full training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory checks and scanning.
- Attention to Detail: Must be thorough and meticulous in verifying items and completing documentation.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have access to reliable transportation to get to and from work.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
