Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, PCT, etc.) under supervision.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure the work area is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Work in various temperature zones, including loading docks and climate-controlled areas.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Scan and verify items using handheld scanners.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience is required; we provide full training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
