Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort shipments using manual and powered equipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipping
- Support shipping/receiving processes with documentation
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
- Basic math and communication skills
