Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift/pallet jack) after completing training
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Pack and prepare outgoing orders for shipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Work overtime shifts as operational demands require
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary - full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Reliable transportation to Mesa facility
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team player with positive attitude
- Willingness to work overtime (10-15 hours weekly)
