Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock, verifying inventory levels, and organizing stockrooms.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks efficiently and manage incoming shipments.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are happy to train the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy in inventory and order processing.
