Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems under supervision.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Needed: We welcome applicants with little to no background in warehousing; training is provided.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk frequently.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read and understand pick lists and safety instructions.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to minimize errors in order processing.
- Reliability: Must have a strong history of punctuality and good attendance.
