Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon certification).
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required for entry-level candidates).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the USA.
