What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products move efficiently through the supply chain. You will work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and safety are top priorities.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move merchandise to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements and package them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic inspections of warehouse equipment and report any issues to management.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Communication: Basic English skills required to follow instructions and communicate with team members.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality control standards.
