Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification provided).
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Valid driver's license (for local driving tasks).
