Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks using manual or powered equipment (training provided).
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is not required – we train!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
