Responsibilities
- Load & Unload Freight: Safely load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Pick & Pack Orders: Accurately select, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Control: Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and cycle counting.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and scanners (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team leads and coworkers to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and managing inventory.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for calculating weights and quantities.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
