Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to and from the dock using dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 99% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in performing cycle counts, stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure safety compliance.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety guidelines and instructions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a track record of punctual attendance.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Equipment Operation: No prior forklift experience required; we provide certification training.
