Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and stocking inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as trained.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logs for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new skills quickly.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
