Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory into the warehouse management system.
- Prepare orders for shipment by accurately picking and packing items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S methodologies.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and order verification.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
