Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and order status.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow challenges and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and processing orders.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles.
