Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Process customer orders accurately using warehouse management systems and manual handling techniques.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock counts and organize storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and hand trucks to move materials.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently handle incoming shipments and prepare outgoing packages for courier delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Work History: Consistent work history and proof of reliability.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and spot discrepancies.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including nights and weekends.
