Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock integrity.
- Material Handling: Operate powered industrial equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) safely and efficiently after certification.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure workplace for all employees.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our quality standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Load Management: Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner, adhering to delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
