Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas per safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team-oriented mindset and reliability
- Pass pre-employment background check
