Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately for shipment and delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Sort and organize stock in designated storage areas to maintain efficiency.
- Perform basic inventory counts and update records as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and reliable transportation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and spot errors.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and labeling.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
