Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, and compliance.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Documentation: Properly label, tag, and document all stock movements and damages.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and error prevention.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license may be required for local delivery duties.
