Responsibilities
- Efficiently process incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and accurately
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in compliance with FIFO
- Pick/pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for customer satisfaction
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
