Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining 99% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
- Manage inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain organized and compliant warehouse operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support warehouse cleaning and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
