Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders using handheld scanners and conveyor systems to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Material Handling: Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner according to safety protocols.
- Inventory Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory to verify quantities and quality control standards are met.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Trucking Operations: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo security and proper documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues quickly to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a climate-controlled environment.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Compliance: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
