As a key member of our fulfillment team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically capable, and ready to grow within the logistics industry.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move stock and merchandise.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent product loss.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Forklift Certification: Possession of a valid forklift license is a major plus.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
