Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal storage levels.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to prevent accidents.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and document discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate various warehouse aisles.
