Responsibilities
- Load and Unload:** Safely load and unload inbound and outbound freight, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Pick and Pack:** Accurately pick items from shelves and prepare them for shipping using RF scanners.
- Inventory Control:** Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Equipment Operation:** Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Quality Assurance:** Inspect goods for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide full training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Overnight Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- License: Valid Driver’s License (Class C) required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
