Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Pick and pack orders according to quality standards and delivery deadlines
- Maintain organized inventory counts and participate in cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to the 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM shift schedule
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification program
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
