Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments in compliance with safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and efficiency
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak production periods
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and overtime
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
